The Form is an entry level class for folks newer to the Xformer or Pilates. Learn the foundations, gain confidence in your ability + feel equipped to take on other classes. The Form will leave you feeling pleasantly surprised and your interest piqued!

The Flow

HONE + TONE

The Flow is an intermediate level class but also suitable as an entry point for beginners. Start here if you feel called! In The Flow you'll find creative, contemporary Reformer moves that leave you feeling revitalized, in coordination, + beyond capable.

The Sculpt

ENGAGE + INTENSIFY

Our advanced-level class, carefully crafted to achieve a high level of intensity in energy, output, + physical / mental endurance. The Sculpt will leave you feeling challenged + encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone.

The Balance

RESPECT + RECONNECT

Built on Pilates foundations with a focus on pre and postnatal movement, education, + support. Each week will leave you with a deeper understanding of pelvic floor function/dysfunction, diastasis recti, labor and body mechanics, and breath work. All are welcome that want to learn more about their pelvic health.

 

The Stretch

REFORM + RESTORE

The Stretch is a **new** signature Studio offering that utilizes the Xformer to actively stretch and restore. It focuses on flow, mobility, and calming your nervous system. The Stretch is a wonderful add-on to another class same day, as well as being a quality standalone opportunity to connect with your body + mind.
